If you are considering obtaining Turkish citizenship through real estate investment, there are certain mandatory documents that you must provide. Here is a comprehensive list of the required documents:

 

1. Passport
2. Photographs (6 for the main applicant, 2 for spouse, 2 for kids) - an electronic copy of a biometric passport size photo taken in the last six months.
3. Birth certificate (2 copies for the main applicant, 1 copy for each other family member)
4. Marital status document - if the applicant is single, a certificate showing the single marital status of the applicant is required.
5. Marriage certificate
6. Official document obtained from the authorities showing the family history and the kinship between the family members.

 

In addition to the above, the following documents are also required:

7. If the parents are divorced, for the kids who want to acquire the citizenship through the primary applicant (father or mother), a consent letter of the other parent is required.
8. If divorced, a divorce certificate is required.
9. If the spouse is deceased, a death certificate is required.
10. Copy of your previous residence and/or work permit documents, if any.
11. Copy of entry stamp and visa if the applicant is in Turkey.
12. Original bank receipt for the payment (signed and stamped).
13. To open a bank account in Turkey, proof of residence address in your home country is required.
